Lowepro GearUp Creator Box L II camera insert fits the Brevite Jumper backpack.

One of my vices is buying bags ^^;

For camera backpack, I normally use the Brevite Jumper. But for non camera backpacks, I do have several others.

I really like the Brevite Jumper’s design and layout, but the shoulder straps are not the most comfortable. It also doesn’t have sternum and removable hip straps. Some of my other backpacks have those.

I wanted my non camera backpacks to be more accommodating to my photography needs when needed. So I browsed around for a good camera insert. I thought that it’d be better to get a camera insert rather than buying another backpack 😛

Lowepro GearUp Creator Box L II interested me because I can access the content from 2 out of the 6 sides. This allows me to quickly access my camera from one side, and I can access everything from the top as well when fully opened.

I tried it on my non camera backpacks, and I was satisfied with the purchase.

Then I thought whether the insert could fit the camera partition of the Brevite Jumper… It looked like it would…

If it fits, I can switch backpacks even easier.

So I gave it a try, and found that it fits!

You’d lose some volume, but I don’t bring too much camera stuff anyways. Ease of moving between backpacks is more appealing to me right now.

Because of the camera insert design, you can still access everything from the two camera partition openings of the backpack as well.

There’s just another lid to faff around with a little bit. Although depending on perspective, this can be seen as extra protection for your gears 🙂

If you have several backpacks, and Brevite Jumper is one of them, the Lowepro GearUp Creator Box L II can be a good camera insert choice to make it easier to change backpacks.
